- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Rinse the urid beans under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
