Ingredients:
- 500g goat or beef trotters (paya)
- 2 tablespoons Laziza Paya Masala
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Water or broth as needed
Method:
- In a large pot, heat oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add Laziza Paya Masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Stir well and cook for a couple of minutes.
